Tinta Rebelde Custom Tattoos has its roots in humble beginnings, founded in 1997 by the legendary Rockabilly Ray. Over the years, Tinta Rebelde has earned a well-deserved reputation in Southern California as a distinguished art gallery and tattoo studio. From 2005 to 2015, it proudly resided in the vibrant heart of Hollywood, California. Today, Tinta Rebelde Custom Tattoos finds its new home in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, where it continues to flourish.

ROCKABILLY RAY

Rafael Sanchez, better known as Rockabilly Ray, is the proud owner of Tinta Rebelde Custom Tattoos, situated in Los Angeles, California. Ray is an award-winning artist who has left an indelible mark on the So-Cal Rockabilly, Psycho, and Punk Music Scene. Over the years, he has had the honor of tattooing iconic musicians from bands such as Calavera, Nekromantix, Rezurex, The Klingonz, Frantic Flintstones, Mad Sin, The Slanderin, Left Alone, Hellbound Hayride, and members of Voodoo Glow Skulls, The Triggers, Goddamn Gallows, Swinging Utters, and many more esteemed Punk and Rockabilly bands.

With over 25 years of experience, Ray has inked clients from all corners of the globe. His tattooing style is a unique fusion of his Mexican heritage, his deep love for Rockabilly music, influences from LA's street life, and the American Traditional tattoo style. Ray can be found diligently tattooing or creating stunning art six days a week at his Los Angeles studio, and when he's not there, you might catch him at various Tattoo Conventions. Hailing from Los Angeles, Tes is a local artist whose tattoo style draws inspiration from the vibrant street culture that surrounds him. His passion for art shines through in his tattoo work, as he's always ready to transform his creativity into ink on your skin. Beyond tattooing, Tes enjoys working on his lowrider truck, crafting unique accessories, and spending quality time with his family.

ESO MC

Eso MC is a highly skilled Mexican tattoo artist with a remarkable 15 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in Old School Traditional tattoos but showcases his talents across various styles. Eso has left his mark at numerous renowned tattoo conventions across Mexico and the United States. Notably, he has tattooed members of hardcore bands like No Turning Back and Grave Maker and has lent his talents to several tattoo shops in both Mexico and the U.S. His artistry has taken him to art shows worldwide, making Eso MC a notable name in the tattoo community.
